Things to consider ahead of meetings, offers and timetabling
Your CSM will guide you throughout your first cycle, and it can be helpful to consider these points when thinking about inviting applicants to meetings, making offers and constructing your timetable
1. Will you need to meet with your applicants to discuss their applications, and will you let them choose their own timeslot or will you assign them yourself?
2. Do you need to meet with students, parents or both? Have you configured your invitations for the correct recipients?
3. Will you make offers to your applicants, and will these be subject-specific?
4. Do you know the structure of your timetable already, or will you use our Year 12 or GCSE Options modelling to help you construct it?
