How to resend a reference request to the referees
This guide will show you how to resend a reference request to your referees if necessary.
First, in your Dashboard area, kindly open your Registered Students and search for the student's name in the "search in table" box.
Note: If you have a dashboard card created for students 'Awaiting References' you may use this card instead and search the particular student or you may select all the students if you'd like to follow up to all the students' referees.
Once you have selected the students using the checkbox(es) on the left of the table, click on the 'Communications' button on the top of the list then select 'Send reference requests' from the dropdown menu.
Then it will show you a preview of the message. You will have the option to edit the template first and once you are happy to proceed, just click on 'send reference request' button to confirm the action.
In addition, you may also send a custom referee email by selecting 'Send custom email to referee' from the dropdown menu.
Then it will show you a preview page wherein you can compose an email directly or if you have a pre-customised template you can just select it on the templates list and click 'Add Template'.
