Application Form Steps
We strongly recommend that you check to ensure any question that you don't want parents to skip is marked as required to ensure the data is not missing later. Any document attachments that are also required should be marked as compulsory.
- The following are ones we recommend you mark required as a minimum

Step 1: Basic Details

- Address fields (except district and County)

Step 2: Parent/ Carers
- Minimum number of required contacts
- E.g. Minimum of 2 parental contacts or 1 Parental and 1 Additional Contacts
- Total number of contacts required overall
- Title
- Relationship
- The required phone numbers from each contact e.g. Mobile and or Home number
- Parental Responsibility
- Should receive reports
- Should receive school communications
- Is there a court order?
- Parental Address (all required except district and County)
- Priorities collection is active
- Priority 1 is required
- Minimum number of required contacts

- User Defined Fields
Only the default MIS fields provided with the system can be saved back to your MIS. If you create a custom question, you will not be able to save this back to your MIS. You will be able to see this as the field will not have an MIS Logo in the customise application area.
If you would like to collect a custom questions and still save it to your MIS, you can create a User Defined Field in your MIS and then add this question into your form.
