Messages Summary Area

This article will show you how to access the message summary area and how to export data about communications sent out to recipients

The message summary area will show you email activities to check email statuses and export data related to communications that were sent to all users. 

To access this, go to:

Communications &Events > Communications > Message Summary

You will then see the 'Group Emails' and 'All Activity' tabs.

All Activity shows email activity from all forms while Group Emails will list the group emails sent from that particular form only.

You can also track your emails by exporting a list of data that can be helpful in monitoring whether the email messages have been read by the recipients. 

The Export button is available to help export your file as an Excel or a CSV.

Under the 'Group Email' tab you can see the activities per email. You can click on any particular group email and it will show you delivered rate and other statuses as well.

You will also find an arrow up and down on each column to help you sort a specific category relevant to your tracking of emails.
