Why a student is not showing in declined list
If a student hasn't automatically transferred into the declined list, here's how to check why.
A student has declined but the numbers don't add up on the declined status list.
First, check the student's profile if the application status is on awaiting reference.
If so, change it to Declined.
A popup message will appear and you can select whether to inform them by sending an email or just update the status without notifying the student.
After changing the status to declined, the student should be on the 'Declined' list
