What is the 1:1 Training Service?
This article will cover what training is available with our CSM (Customer Success Manager) service, including help with your Applicaa platform, training for new staff, and unlimited 1:1 meetings
Your school will be assigned a CSM (Customer Success Manager) for their first cycle and this person will be your first port of call for everything. They will provide unlimited 1:1 training meetings, calls and emails with a guaranteed response time of maximum 24 hrs. They will monitor your use of the platform to ensure you utilise all aspects at the relevant times of your admissions cycle.
Your CSM will share tips and insights with you, to help you understand the functionality of each aspect of your system, and how you can utilise it to maximise efficiency - they will be your guide in navigating through your system, instilling confidence in you.

When you reach the end of your first 12 months and are due for renewal, your 1:1 service will end unless you choose to purchase a further 12 months. Schools may opt to extend their 1:1 service for example if a new staff member is in post, or if you feel you would benefit from an additional year of 1:1 training and guidance to fully cement your skills and confidence in using your platform.
