Updating Key Contacts, Super Admins, and Removing Departing Staff

This article will show you how to update the key contact and super admin, and remove departing staff from your platform

Navigate to Settings > School Settings > Users to update the key contact and set the role to Super Admin.




Hover over the staff name and click on it to display a pop-up window.

From here, you can select 'Super Admin' from the Permission drop-down list and tick the 'Key Contact' option.

Click 'Update' to save the changes. 



Note: Generally, you should have as few Super Admins as possible. Super Admin is the highest level of permission and should be granted only to those who will manage the day-to-day operation and configuration of the system. The more people you designate as Super Admins, the greater the chance that someone might change the settings you have already put in place.

Marking someone as a 'key contact' means they will receive communications from us regarding training, events, and company news. This is the person we would contact if we notice anything you need to be aware of. It is vital to have at least one key contact per school.

 

For departing staff, tick the name of the staff member you wish to remove from the platform and hit 'Delete'.


Click 'OK' to confirm the action. 

You will see a confirmation message stating that the staff member has been deleted.
