Once you have imported the achieved grades for internal applicants, you may find it useful to analyse which students have and have not qualified for the courses for which they applied.
You can create filters from your main dashboard by adding a filter to a list of applicants - perhaps your completed internals, for example.
Select to add a filter at the top of the table, and on the right-hand menu you can then scroll to open the subject eligibility menu.
Choose which data you would like to filter:
Application subjects are the choices they made on their application form
Offered subjects are the subjects you offered to them if you used the offer courses listing function to make your offers
Enrolment subjects are the subjects they have confirmed they wish to be enrolled into (they complete this on their enrolment form)
You can filter to see those who have qualified for all, qualified for some or not qualified for any. Whichever selection you choose will then generate a list of the students who fulfil that filter, once you have clicked to apply it.
Separately to the dashboard filtering, you can also generate a CSV export of students' names, the subjects they applied for and whether or not they have qualified for each subject.
To perform this export, navigate to Data > Export > Start an Export.
Select CSV and then Students.
Choose the data you are interested in exporting. To see the subjects and whether or not the students have qualified for them, select subject applied for and subject applied for status.
You can then proceed to the final page, where you can filter the students - you probably only want to export the data for the students who are internal, and who have completed your application, because you won't know the results for any external applicants until Results Day.
Click "select all" once you have applied your filters, and then "next" and your export will run.
