How to submit a feature request or product feedback.

Submitting a feature request is when you would like a specific feature that is currently unavailable in the system.

Feature requests are still subject for review and approval from our Product Team. Some feature may work for you, but they might not work for other schools, as it is a feature that will be hard coded and implemented to all systems.

We've restructured our in-app product roadmap and feature updates tool, creating a new section named "Submit Ideas and Share Feedback". Within this section, you'll find cards organised by category, and within each category, specific areas of the system have a feature card.

How to use the new set-up

1. Locate the Relevant Section: Navigate to the category and specific feature area that you wish to comment on or suggest an enhancement for.
   
2. Click and Comment: Once you’ve found the appropriate card, simply click on it to add your comment.


3. Submit: After adding your thoughts, your comments will be automatically sent to our product team.
