Reopening the “Contract Signature” step of the Offer Contract
If you need to correct any issues with signatures in the Offer Contract after the form as been submitted - for example an incorrect person signing - you can do so by resetting the signature in “Offer”, “Contract Signatures”:
This reset option is only for schools to see and use.
When the reset button is clicked for any contact, a confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to reset the signature. If yes, the following will happen:
- The relevant signature and their agreement to the T&Cs is removed from the offer
- The offer status “Accepted” reverts back to “Offer Made”
Contacts must re-sign the “Contract Signature” step via the parent dashboard:
Once this is completed and submitted, the offer to go back to “Accepted” status.
You may reset as many of the contact signatures as needed at the same time.
