How to update existing applications using a CSV import
This guide will show you how you can update existing applications via a CSV import
To do this, you will need to secure an Excel sheet that has a unique identifier for your applicants. This could be the student code or their email addresses, either of these could be used in updating an existing profile. (If in case the student does not have an email address, please use the student code instead as all students are guaranteed to have their own student codes).
To export this list, you will need to click on the Export button > Export as CSV.
Once you have the CSV, please make sure to keep the student code column. It is then up to the school which columns you may want to keep or alter. You may want to keep the first name and the last name to help identify which students are these.
You may then start inputting the data that you want to import into the system i.e the student's sport, form group, distance from school etc.
