How to delete an applicant or a parent?

This article will show you how you can delete a student's or parent's account on the system

Deleting an account will remove all of its records on the system. 

Once an account is deleted, it cannot be retrieved.

Sometimes, schools decide to delete an account so they can register again using the same email address. They usually do this when doing a test on the system.

Some schools also want to do a clean up of the system by deleting the Declined or Withdrawn students.

To delete a student's account, go to the student's profile and look for the "Delete" button under the "more" menu.

 

You will need to type in the first name of the account that you are deleting to confirm that you are really deleting that account, as this is irreversible.

You'll note that you then have the option to delete the student only, or the contacts who are related to them as well. 

 

To delete a parent's account, go to the parent's profile and look for the "Delete" button under the "Actions" section.

 

You will need to type in the first name of the account that you are deleting to confirm that you are really deleting that account, as this is irreversible.
