How to Colour-Code Details to be Checked
You can optimise your settings to show students who have met all entry requirements (green), some (yellow) or none (red)
Go to settings > subject options > specific requirements and check that you have your requirements in place for any subjects which have specific entry criteria

Next, go to settings > enrolment navigator > step 4 (Grade Requirements) and apply your settings as follows:

Restrictions should be off (set to no) for applicants, and on (set to yes) for teachers, as above. This will ensure students are not restricted from choosing subjects, but the colour-coding will be in place for staff to see if they have chosen things which are appropriate for them based on their grades.
When applicants arrive in details to be checked by completing their enrolment form, you will then see the students in a list format, and their tiles will be coloured according to their subject choices and achieved grades.
Green = applicants have met the criteria for all courses they wish to study
Amber = applicants have met the criteria for some of the courses they wish to study
Red = applicants have met the criteria for none of the courses they wish to study

The system looks at all of their chosen subjects and any specific requirements you have set up, to see whether they fulfil the entry criteria. You can then decide whether or not to allow them to enrol onto those courses, or use the colour-coding to determine which students you need to have a conversation with prior to confirming their options.
