How to change your embargo time for enrolment
You can set your own system embargo time ahead of Enrolment Day to prevent users from logging in and accessing their results too early.
To customise the time students and general staff will be able to access your platform on enrolment day, go to Settings (cog in the bottom left) then Enrolment settings.
When the embargo is in place, only Super Admins can log into the Admissions+ system.
The purpose of this is to enable you to import the achieved results for your internal applicants the day before Results Day - you therefore want to be certain that only certain people can view that information!
The default time for the platforms to become accessible on Results day (if you have not customised your embargo time) is 8:30am.
We would recommend having your embargo in place for the day prior to Results Day, until the time that students are able to collect their GCSE results from your school - you do not want them to be able to log in and find out their results before they have officially been released to them.
