How to change a student's internal/external status

Sometimes, students incorrectly assign themselves and it is necessary to update this in order to track them effectively.

From your main dashboard, select a list of students (maybe your "registered students" group) and then you can filter by internals or externals to see their current school name and/or email address and pick out any anomalies. 

Select the students whose statuses need changing by clicking the checkbox to the left of their name. Use the button at the top of the page to "change internal status". You can then choose to "move to internal" or "move to external", depending on what their correct status would be.
