How to Send Emails to Parents
This guide will show you how to send emails to parents in different ways
Sending an Email from a Parent table
From the dashboard, Go to the parents and enquiries tab and select parents.
This will then bring you to the parent table
On the table, You can select parents Individually or in bulk by using the checkbox. Action buttons will then be displayed on top where you can click on the Send Email button.
The email processor will then be prompt where you can add your email template or create a new message.
Another way to send an email to parents is by going to their profile. On the table click on the first or last name of the parent and it will open a new tab showing you the parent profile.
On the parent profile, you can send an email by clicking on the send email button that is on the actions area
Sending an email from the Enquiries table
From the dashboard, Go to the parents and enquiries tab and select Enquiries. You will then land on the enquiries table.
Selecting the parents individually or in bulk by using the checkbox, action buttons will then appear on top where you can click on the Send Email button. The email processor will then be prompted and from there you can select an email template or create a new message.
By clicking on the parent or guardian's name on the table, it will then open a new tab where it brings you to their parent profile. From there you can then go to the actions area and send an email.
