Email separate partner
This guide will walk you through the process of emailing each partner individually.
First, make sure that the Partner Financial Declaration is enabled in your form.
Parents should be able to view this on their end and have the option to declare if another individual should be included in the financial assessment.
If 'Yes' is selected, the parent will be prompted to provide the details of the other individual, including their email address.
Once the partner's email address is provided, staff users should be able to send an email directly to the partner with ease.
To email the partner from the student profile, click the 'Send Email' button. You can then either compose your message manually or choose a pre-made email template. You may then select the "Partner" option, and the partner's email address should be displayed. Once finalised, simply click on Send email to confirm the action.
Note: If the partner's email address is unavailable, the recipient field will show '0' users.
To send an email from the student table, select the student(s) whose other parent you wish to contact, click on 'Communications,' and choose 'Send Email.' From there, you can also select the 'Partner' option.
In this example, only one of the two selected students has another parent listed as a partner. Once finalised, simply click on Send email to confirm the action.
Thank you for following this guide. By now, you should be equipped to efficiently manage and send emails to partners. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or contact our Support team at 0208 762 0882.
