Deleting cookies from Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge
Step 1: If you are using Edge -> click on the Three Dots on the top right of your screen
Go down and select Settings and if you scroll down slightly you will see a section named Clear Browsing Data, click on Choose What to Clear and make sure you clicked Cookies and Saved Website Data and Cached Data and File then click Clear (this should resolve issues)
Step 3: If you are using Internet Explorer -> you first need to go on the top right of your screen and click on the settings icon, select safety and click Delete Browsing History, you will get a pop up where you need to select which option you would like to Delete, please make sure you selected Cookies and Website Data, then scroll to the bottom and click Delete (this should resolve issues)
