Import your students

It's time to import your students into your system, which you can do using a CSV file or from your MIS if you have successfully connected your MIS in the previous step. If you are importing students from your MIS the process will vary depending on your MIS, for SIMS.net you will use our SIMS app to import students. Other MISs will use the Data Import process - please refer to your MIS integration guide.

Click on Import Students to get started: ⬇️

Select Import via CSV if you have not connected your MIS yet and need to use the CSV method instead: ⬇️

Click on Confirm to Proceed: ⬇️

Download the 'import student sample' template file by clicking on the file name. You will now need to add your students to this CSV file with their email addresses. Once completed you can upload it back into your system by clicking on Browse Files: ⬇️

Click on Next and then on Next again on the Data Mapping screen: ⬇️

On the Import Summary screen click on Select All then on Next to import your students: ⬇️

Once your import has completed successfully click on Return to Onboarding to go back to the Import Students step: ⬇️ 

Click on Submit & Next ➡️ to invite your students to ApplicaaOne in the final step.
