Address Mapping

This guide will show you how to customise the format of your addresses according to your preference.

Our new address mapping feature allows you to choose how your addresses are going to be formatted. To access these features, go to:

You’ll then see a window that will show you an address block using the same format as that used in your MIS. (If you use SIMS, you’ll see an address block laid out like it is in SIMS, etc.) 

At the bottom of the window, enter a postcode you’d like to use as an example, and click on the ‘Test’ button to see how the address information is currently configured to display in your MIS.

You can then play with the drop-down boxes at the left to choose which address information will go into each of the fields at the right.

When you are happy, you also can click on the ‘Apply to existing addresses’ box to go back and reformat all of the addresses already in your Admissions+ system so that they are formatted the way you want them!
