How to raise a ticket.

In this article, you will learn how to raise a ticket when you are experiencing technical issues with the system.

First, log in to the Admission+ system, and click the third Icon next to the notification bell icon on the top right corner of the screen.



Once you get to the ticket screen -


Click on the +Create Ticket button at the top right side of the screen, then there will be options to choose what kind of issues you are reporting on your ticket.

Options to choose from:

  • General Question
  • Bug Report
  • My Account
  • SIMS App
  • Other


You can also attached photos on the "Attach Files Here" section to better explain the issue(s), then click the Submit button to raise a ticket.

 

You can come back to this area to check the staus of your tickets and reply to them.
