This article will tell you how to get in touch with our Support Team whenever you encounter technical issues or need assistance with the system.
Step 1: Log in to the Admissions+ system.
Step 2: Click on the Help Hub Support tab located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Once you click the Help Hub Support tab, the Help Hub menu will appear.

Click “Chat Now” to connect directly with one of our Chat Support Representatives.

Alternatively, you can also access chat support by clicking the yellow chat icon, usually located in the lower-right corner of your Applicaa system screen.
