How to confirm a student's account on their behalf

When a new user registers to create an account, they are sent a verification link by email. If for some reason they cannot follow the link or confirm their own account, you can do this on their behalf.

On a student's profile, click the "more" button where you will then see the option to "confirm this account". This will verify their credentials and allow them to log in and proceed with their application.
