A little bit about GCSE Options
This article will give you an overview of the GCSE Options product
The Ultimate GCSE & Enrichment Options Management Software
Step One
Setup the options pathway - Create your subject option pathways by setting rules for students to follow (e.g "you must study one language" or "you must study one humanity").
Our software ensures students select subjects from the configured option pathways. This reduces student confusion and removes data entry errors and delays.
Step Two
Students select options online - No need to use paper or basic online forms to collect student data and subject options.
Import students from your MIS automatically into our software. The students then receive an email with a secure link allowing them to log in and select their option choices according to the configured pathways.
Step Three
Automatic Class Placement - Here is where the magic happens! Our system will calculate the best possible arrangement for Year 9 option blocks and maximises the number of students who can study all their choices. Powerful features allow you to adjust the resulting timetable as needs change.
Last-minute resignations? Don't worry, we got you! You can cover various contingencies and easily move classes from the "best" block to the "second best" block if timetable clashes become apparent.
Step Four
Communication - No need to manually send emails and letters to parents and students. You can send emails from the system to all students once the class options have been set up. Now students can be notified of the chosen options without delay.
Step Five
Export Data - Transfer all subject choices into your current MIS once you have finished iterating the class option configuration. We have the best MIS integrations tool that allows you to transfer data in a matter of minutes.
