Bulk Upload of Offer Videos and Image

This article will show you how to upload video and image in bulk for use in offer communications.

You can now upload a link to a video and an image that links to it in bulk. The video image and link can then be used in communications with applicants as it can be embedded in emails. It is sometimes used in offer emails and in offer letters.

To use this feature;
1. Select the relevant applications
2. Click 'Bulk Update'
3. Search for video and enter the video link

Admissions+ bulk upload of offer video and image allows you to upload a video (link) and image in bulk should you want to send the same one to parents along with their offer. These can be used in emails using tokens as shown below.
