Bulk Upload of Offer Videos and Images

This article will show you how you could upload videoes and images in bulk for use in offer communications.

You can now upload a link to a video, and an image that links to it, in bulk. The video image and link can then be used in communications with applicants as it can be embedded in emails. It is sometimes used in offer emails and in offer letters.

To use this feature;
1. Select the relevant applicants from a list (accessed via a tile or status on your main dashboard).
2. Click 'Bulk Update'.
3. Search for your video and enter the video link. 

Admissions+ bulk upload of offer video and image allows you to upload a video (link) and image in bulk should you want to send the same media to applicants along with their offer. These can be included within your offer email templates by inserting them as mail merge tokens within your email message, as shown below.
