Overview

The Insights area is a powerful analytics dashboard designed to help you monitor and optimise your admissions and marketing pipeline. Located in the top left-hand side of the blue menu within the Applicaa dashboard, Insights provides real-time visibility into your school's recruitment performance.

Navigating the Insights Area

The Insights area comprises five main sections:

  1. Summary - High-level overview of key metrics and performance
  2. Pipeline - Visual representation of applicants moving through your admissions stages
  3. Map View - Geographic distribution of your applicants
  4. Feeder Schools - Analysis of which schools your applicants are coming from
  5. Events - Return on investment tracking for your recruitment events

Global Filters

All sections within Insights can be filtered using the quick filters available at the top of each page:

  • Year of Entry - Filter by academic year
  • Term of Entry - Filter by term
  • Year Group - Filter by specific year groups
  • Application Statuses - Filter by where applicants are in your process
  • Date Ranges - Set custom date ranges for analysis

Year-on-Year Comparison: When you apply date range filters, the system automatically compares your performance to the same period in previous years, showing whether you're performing better or worse with percentage indicators.

Regular Monitoring
