Health Score System

The Health Score system uses applicant activity to assess engagement levels, helping you identify which enquiries and applications need attention.

What is a Health Score?

Health scores are visual indicators (smiley face icons) that show how engaged an applicant is based on their interactions with your school. This helps you:

  • See the average health of your enquiries or applications
  • Identify causes for concern
  • Focus your efforts on applicants who need attention
  • Recognise highly engaged applicants likely to convert

Health score indicators threshold setting:

Health Score Categories

The system uses four engagement levels:

  • Poor - Low engagement, needs urgent attention
  • Okay - Moderate engagement, requires monitoring
  • Good - Strong engagement, progressing well
  • Excellent - Very high engagement, likely to convert

Configuring Health Score Thresholds

You can customise the point thresholds for each category:

  • Set the minimum points required for each level
  • Thresholds cannot overlap
  • After adjusting, recalculate health scores to update all applicant ratings

Positive Indicators

The system awards points for positive engagement activities such as:

  • Submit an Application - Assign points for completed applications
  • Upload Documents - Points for providing required documentation
  • Within Catchment Area - Bonus points for being in your target area
  • Frequent Logins - Points for regular portal access
  • Open Key Emails - Points for engaging with important communications
  • Attend Meetings/Events - Points for in-person engagement

For each indicator, you can:

  • Enable or disable the indicator
  • Set the number of points to award
  • Customise based on what matters most to your school

Positive indicators configuration:

Negative Indicators

The system deducts points for signs of disengagement:

  • No Response to Emails - Deduct points after a specified number of days
  • Inactivity - Points deducted for prolonged inactivity
  • Missed Deadlines - Penalty points for missed submission dates

For each negative indicator, you can:

  • Enable or disable the indicator
  • Set the number of points to deduct
  • Define time thresholds (e.g., days without response)

Negative indicators configuration:
