Exporting Meeting Notes
This guide outlines the step-by-step process of exporting student meeting notes to CSV.
Navigate to the Data area and select Export.
Click Start an Export on the right-hand side.
Name your export (e.g., Meeting Notes) and choose CSV as the file format then click Next.
Set the data type to Students to proceed.
From the upper section, remove any unnecessary pre-selected fields from your form and choose only those related to meetings. Simply untick properties you don’t want to include in your export, and tick those you do wish to include.
On the left side, look for field that contain "meeting" (Meeting Notes).
Choose the specific meeting you want to export; this will ensure that all relevant notes and responses to questions from that Meeting are included. After making your selection, click Next.
Go to Filter Summary to refine your export by filtering students based on their Meeting Status (e.g., Completed). If applicable, select a specific Meeting Group (e.g., Students from a particular meeting).
Note: You can type "meeting" in the search bar to display 'Meeting Status' and 'Meeting Group' during filter setup.
Review all selected filters and click Add Filter then Save/Apply Filter.
Once you are happy with the information displayed after filters are applied, click Select All to ensure all relevant students are included, then click Next to complete the export.
Once the export is finished, you can now download the CSV file.
You can also find the exported meeting notes in the Export Data Area once you have completed the export process.
