Submitting a feature request is when you would like a specific feature that is currently unavailable in the system.
Feature requests are subject for review and approval from our Product Team. We are always keen to hear feedback and insights from you, but all requests must be considered carefully in balance with requests from other schools, and with our current logic.
We've restructured our in-app product roadmap and feature updates tool, creating a new tab called " Applicaa Community", where you can submit ideas and talk with other schools. Within this section, you'll find cards organised by category, and within each category, specific areas of the system have a feature card.
How to use the new set-up
1. Click + Feature Request on the left then you will be redirected to the Feature Requests Section. By navigating to the category and specific feature area, you will be able to see all suggested ideas from schools.
2. To add a new idea, click Submit a feature request . A new window will open:
3. Click Create Post : After adding your thoughts, your comments will be automatically sent to our product team.
