[Profiles](https://helpdesk.applicaa.com/indies/getting-started?hsLang=en#profiles) # How to Reset a Password for a Parent or Student ## This article is for when a parent/student needs to have their password reset so they can log in to the system **For parent accounts** First, if it's a parent account you may go to the parents and enquiries icon which is the first icon from the A+ logo when you're on the home page -
