How to Delete an Applicant or a Parent in B+

This article will show you how to delete a student's or parent's account on the bursary system.

Deleting an account will remove all of its records from the system.

Once an account is deleted, it cannot be retrieved.

Sometimes, schools decide to delete an account so they can register again using the same email address. They usually do this when testing the system.

Some schools also want to clean up the system by deleting declined or withdrawn students.

To delete an account, go to the student's or parent's profile and look for the Delete button in the More section.

You will need to type in the first name of the account you are deleting to confirm that you are really deleting it, as this action is irreversible.
