To add the Prospectus, first, login to your system and kindly go to your S**ettings \> School Settings \> General settings.**   **![](https://helpdesk.applicaa.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jan-16-2023-10-59-00-9318-AM.png?width=288&height=883&name=image-png-Jan-16-2023-10-59-00-9318-AM.png)**   Then click on the **Edit** button to update the settings.    **![](https://helpdesk.applicaa.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jan-16-2023-11-10-16-8249-AM.png?width=1196&height=380&name=image-png-Jan-16-2023-11-10-16-8249-AM.png)**   Just below the 'School landing page' 'Theme' field, there is 'Prospectus text' field wherein you can upload a file, photo or any document that advertises or describes your school.
