In the event of high traffic on Results Day, we may implement a queueing system for applicants attempting to log in, to ensure they each have their turn. Staff users will be able to bypass the queueing system and access systems as normal by adding /staff to the end of your URL. For example, if your URL is demo.applicaa.com on results day, please log in via demo.applicaa.com/staff

Here is our Sixth Form Customer Map. You can access this to see other schools in your area which are using Applicaa to manage their Sixth Form Admissions.

Here is a video to demonstrate the "one at a time" enrolment process, which prevents applicants from being able to be simultaneously enrolled at more than one Applicaa school.

On Results Day, our phone lines will open from 7am. If you're in your first cycle with us, or have purchased an additional year of 1:1 training, please contact your CSM on their direct line if you encounter any difficulties (you'll find this in the signature of any emails they have sent to you).
