# How to Reset a Parent's Password in Your Bursary+ System

## This article explains how to reset a parent’s password to access the system.

If you need to reset a parent's password, go to the **Parents and Enquiries** section, which is the first icon next to the B+ logo on the homepage. Select **Parents**, and a table displaying all parents in the system will appear.

Tick the box next to the parent's name, and a list of actions will appear. From there, select **Reset Password** to change it.
