This guide will walk you through the process of searching for courses on ApplicaaOne.
In addition to searching for schools, students can also search for courses on ApplicaaOne. After logging in, you'll be directed to your ApplicaaOne dashboard. On the left-hand side, under the 'Courses' menu, you'll find the search section. Make sure that 'Courses' is selected to begin your search.
There are several ways to search for a course:
1. Search by Qualification Type and Subject – Select the qualification type and subject area, and the search results will display courses along with information about the schools offering them.
2. Search by Postcode – Enter the postcode, then select from the dropdown list. You can also specify a distance radius from the postcode by using the "Distance" field just below it.
There are additional options for searching:
1. Show Courses the Student is Eligible For
Note: Students must enter at least 5 predicted grades to use this tool. Once added, the system will automatically filter out courses where your current grades do not meet the school's entry requirements.
2. Show Courses with Quick Apply
This option will display only courses offered by schools where students can apply directly through an Applicaa system. For other schools, the normal application process will direct students to the school’s website.
Additionally, the Advanced Filter function allows students to refine their search results based on the following criteria:
1. Gender Accepted by the School
2. Ofsted Rating
3. Exclude Online Providers
