In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of linking your applications to non-Applicaa schools within your ApplicaaOne account
This feature allows you to keep track of all your applications in one place, even if the school is not directly using the Applicaa platform. Follow these simple steps to easily manage your applications and stay organised. Let's get started!
From your ApplicaaOne dashboard, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select 'My Applications'.
Click on 'Missing Application?' and type the name of the school you have applied to, then select it from the dropdown menu.
Click on 'Next'.
Specify the status of your application for this school and click on 'Add application' to proceed.
Once added, you will have the option to rank your applications. Confirm your ranking by clicking on 'Save Order'.

You have successfully added your application. Since the school is not using Applicaa, you will need to manually update your application progress. To do so, click on 'Update Progress.'

Select the appropriate status and click on 'Update application' to save your progress.

The update will be reflected in your ApplicaaOne account.

Note: You can also link an application to an Applicaa Sixth Form or college using the same process. However, this time, provide the email address you used to apply to the school and click on 'Verify.' You will receive an email with the verification link. You will need to follow the instructions to confirm the email.
